If you clean or strip surfaces at different job sites, you know the struggle. Lugging heavy sandblasting gear around is hard. Dry blasting creates a dust cloud that covers everything. Mobile sandblasting machine solves both problems. It is a wheeled, water-injected unit you can push or tow anywhere. Water mixes with the abrasive to knock down nearly 100% of the dust. Use it indoors, near cars, or in residential areas without complaints. You get workshop-quality blasting wherever you go. Interested in a unit that moves with you? Technical Parameters of Mobile Sandblasting Machine
The table below shows YG mobile models. All units have wheels (diameter 400–700 mm). Air consumption is 3 m³/min. Pressure range is 0.4–0.8 MPa.
| Machine models | YG400 | YG500 | YG600 | YG700 |
| Diameters (mm) | 400 | 500 | 600 | 700 |
| Height (mm) | 1150 | 1150 | 1150 | 1250 |
| Volume (m³) | 0.26 | 0.26 | 0.26 | 0.3 |
Additional notes:
- These machines are built from Q235B carbon steel.
- Plate thickness is 5 mm for YG400 and YG500, and 6 mm for YG600 and YG700.
- Each unit comes with a set of nozzles, a blast hose (18 meters), an air hose, a protective suit, and a spray gun.
- The wheels are heavy-duty rubber. You can roll it over gravel, concrete, or workshop floors without trouble.
How does Mobile Blasting Equipment Work?
A mobile sandblasting machine works simply. Compressed air enters the tank and pushes the waterabrasive mixture (1:1 ratio) through a hose to the gun. Water wraps around each particle, stopping dust, cooling the surface, and reducing abrasive breakage. You can use garnet, glass beads, or aluminum oxide. The media lasts longer because water cushions the impact. To start, fill the tank with sand and water, connect a 4–6 m³/min compressor, and pull the trigger. One worker learns in 30 minutes.
Key Advantages of Mobile Sandblasting Equipment

Zero dust, zero fines
Dry blasting sends silica and paint particles into the air. You may face OSHA fines. A mobile sandblasting machine uses water to trap dust. You can blast next to a running car or an open office window. No tarps. No expensive dust collectors.
Go anywhere
Fixed sandblasting tanks stay in one spot. You carry parts to them. That does not work for a bridge, a parking garage, or a statue. With wheels, this machine rolls onto a trailer or into a van. You set up in 10 minutes. It works on remote job sites with no workshop nearby.
Saves abrasive and money
Dry blasting shatters media into fine powder after one or two passes. Water slows down the impact. One batch of sand lasts three to four times longer. For high-cost media like aluminum oxide, the savings pay for the machine within months.
No warping, no sparks
Thin metal panels get hot under dry blasting. They bend and twist. Water cools the surface instantly. You can strip paint off an aluminum boat hull without damage.
Where Can You Put Mobile Sandblasting Equipment to Work?
- Bridges and steel structures: Remove rust and old coatings on-site without enclosing the structure. Water controls dust, protecting traffic and the environment.
- Building and masonry restoration: Clean brick, stone, and concrete facades without dust drifting to neighbors. Removes graffiti and soot gently.
- Ship hull and dock repairs: Take the machine to a dry dock or marina. Remove barnacles and rust without dust over water. Wheels let you move along the hull.
- Automotive and fleet maintenance: Strip paint and rust from truck frames or heavy equipment in the yard. No warping, no sparks near fuel.
- Oil and gas facilities: Clean pipelines and tanks in hazardous areas. Dust-free, spark-free operation meets safety standards.
- Parking garages and industrial floors: Remove old epoxy and tire marks from indoor concrete. Work in occupied garages without shutting down nearby operations.

Frequently Asked Questions about Mobile Sandblasting Equipment
It works with garnet, glass beads, aluminum oxide, and crushed glass. For dry ice, you need a dedicated dry ice blaster. YG offers both types.
Yes. It is portable, easy to operate, and affordable. One machine serves multiple job sites, so you get a fast return on investment.
We offer a one-year warranty on the whole machine plus lifetime technical support. Spare parts are always in stock.
It depends on nozzle size and pressure. With a 6 mm nozzle at moderate pressure, one full tank lasts 30 to 45 minutes of continuous blasting. Because water reduces shatter, you get more work per kilogram.
