Egg Tray Maker Machine – Operation Process
Step one: pulping
Waste paper is mixed with water in a pulper at a 1:10 ratio. The pulper breaks the paper into fibers. The pulp flows into a mixing tank. Additives like color or water repellent go in here. Then the pulp moves to a supply tank. Water is added to adjust the consistency to 3 to 5 percent.
Step two: forming
